MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates is a series of exercises designed specifically to be performed on a mat.
The classes are designed to encompass a full body workout to improve your strength, posture and mobility.
Classes offer progressions from the basic Pilates foundation exercises through to more challenging sequences to strengthen abdominals, improve balance and coordination.
These classes are suitable for people without significant injuries who are wishing to work at a gentle to intermediate pace with variations given depending on your ability.
$17 per session.
